【摘要】 加强高校班级建设,促进校园和谐发展是中国高等教育追求的目标。本文分析了当前高校班级管理和建设的现状,明确了班级建设在和谐校园建设中的作用,并从开展大学生思想政治教育、发挥学生干部的模范带头作用、关爱大学生弱势群体、强化班风、学风建设、创设特色班级活动、实现班级网络化管理六个方面提出了加强高校班级建设的对策,切实做到促进和谐校园发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of the major objectives of Chinese higher education is to build a harmonious campus by enhancing the construction of university classes.The authors of this paper have analyzed the current situation of the management and construction of university classes,studied the role of the class construction in the task of building a harmonious campus,and put forward various measures to enhance the construction of university class with an aim to promote the development of the harmonious campus from six aspects.These aspects are as follows:promoting the ideological and political education of college students,giving the student cadres a leading role,taking care of the vulnerable groups among university students,enhancing the efforts in the promotion of class atmosphere and studying style,creating class activities with various characteristics and finally implementing the net-work management of university classes.更多还原
