犊牛阿维菌素中毒的组织病理学观察

【摘要】 本实验应用常规石蜡切片技术,H.E染色镜检观察阿维菌素中毒犊牛心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏、肠系膜淋巴结、空肠、瘤胃等8个组织器官,结果表明:各脏器主要病理变化是出血和淤血:心肌纤维断裂、变性坏死,间质内充满大量炎性细胞;肝脏实质细胞肿胀,脂肪变性,叶间静脉内出现均质红染浆液;肺泡内有浆液渗出;肾小管凝固性坏死,肾小球肿胀,间质内出现水肿液;淋巴结淋巴中心细胞坏死。本文旨在通过观察阿维菌素中毒对牛各组织器官的损伤变化,探索其发病机制及病理特征,从而为及时对发病动物进行确诊治疗提供形杰学依据。

【Abstract】 To observe and research the pathological changes in the heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,mesenteric lymph node,jejunum and rumen of the calves intoxicated by Avermectin,Routine Paraffin Section Technique and H.E staining methods were applied.The result showed:the main pathological changes of every organ were hemorrhage and congestion.Cardiac muscle fibers breaked,degerated and necrosised.A great amount of inflammatory cells were existed in the interstitial tissue.Hepatic parenchyma cells were swelled and adipose degeneration.Red cells are filled in the hepatic sinusoid.The red homogen serofluid was effused in the interlobar veins.The serofluid was effused in the pulmonary alveolous.Coagulation necrosis was generated in the nephric tubule.Renal glomerulus swells and dropsy humor was flooded in the interstitial tissue.The central lymphocyte of lymph node were necrosis.This article intended to explore its pathogenesy and pathognomonic feature throughout observation the damaging changes of every tissue and organ of the calves intoxicated by Avermectin,thus,it provides morphological clues to final diagnosis and cure the morbility animals in time.
