抗草甘膦棉花的杂种优势研究

【摘要】 利用综合性状表现较好的2个抗草甘膦棉花材料p2、p3与2个非抗草甘膦棉花材料p1、p4作亲本进行正反交,组配4个抗草甘膦棉花杂交组合,研究了抗草甘膦棉花的产量杂种优势表现。结果表明:4个抗草甘膦杂交组合子棉产量、皮棉产量具有明显的正向杂种优势;产量构成因素中单株成铃具有显著的正向竞争优势、正向中亲优势,正向超亲优势,仅p3×p4表现为负向超亲优势,铃重具有负向竞争优势、正向中亲优势、p1、p2组合表现为负向超亲优势、p3、p4正反交组合表现为正向超亲优势,衣分表现为负向竞争优势、正交组合p1×p2、p3×p4表现为正向中亲、超亲优势,反交组合p2×p1、p4×p3表现为负向中亲、超亲优势;筛选出子棉产量竞争优势16.14%、皮棉产量竞争优势12.38%、综合性状优良的抗草甘膦优势组合2个。
【Abstract】 Yield heterosis of four glyphosate-tolerant cotton hybrids made by two glyphosate-tolerant cotton materials p2 , p3 with excellent synthetic properties reciprocal crossed with two non-glyphosate tolerance parents p1 , p4was studied.There were obvious heterosis for seed and lint cot- ton yield , positive mid-parent , super-parent and competitive heterosis for bolls per plant , and there was negative super-parent heterosis in hybridized combination p3×p4.There were negative competitive heterosis , positive mid-parent heterosis for single boll weight , there was negative super-parent heterosis in hybridized combinations p1and p2for single boll weight , and which was opposite in hybridized combinations p3and p4.Negative competitive heterosis for lint percent , there was positive mid-parent and super-parent heterosis in orthogonal combination and there was negative in inverse crosses.two hybrid combinations with excellent synthetic properties and their seed cotton yield and lint yield competitive heterosis were 16.14%and 12.38% , respectively.
