【摘要】 棉花是重要的经济作物,也是理想的研究纤维发育的模式作物。随着基因工程和现代分子生物学的发展,转基因技术在棉花生产中得到广泛应用。组织培养技术是转基因技术的基础,但棉花组织培养受棉花基因型的限制,严重制约了棉花转基因技术的发展。本文回顾了棉花组织培养与植株再生的发展历程,探讨了影响棉花组织培养与植株再生的一些主要因素,并展望了棉花组织培养的未来发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cotton is an important economic crop and an ideal model crop for fiber development.With the development of genetic engineering and modern molecular biology , transgenic technology has been applied in cotton field.Tissue culture technology is the foundation of transgenic technology , but the restriction of cotton genotype for cotton tissue culture retrains seriously the development of transgenic technology of cotton.This paper reviewed the development of cotton tissue culture and plant regeneration , discussed main factors of cotton tissue culture and plant regeneration , and pro- posed its prospects for the further research.更多还原
