天然彩色棉研究策略及发展设想

【摘要】 天然彩色棉因其纤维具有独特的自然色彩,在纺织及服装加工过程中无需漂染,避免了印染残留化学染料对人们穿着健康及环境污染的危害,被誉为21世纪国际市场最具潜力的生态纺织品。但天然彩色棉种质资源匮乏,颜色单调且不够鲜艳、产量低且纤维品质差,在使用过程中受到一定的限制。通过对天然彩色棉国内外研究现状的分析,提出现阶段和未来相当长一段时期内天然彩色棉研究的主要内容和应用可能性及发展的新思路和新设想。
【Abstract】 Naturally-colored cotton is a kind of special cotton with natural colorful fiber pigments in stage of boll opening.The color of the fiber expressed from deposition of pigments on the fiber cells at the fiber cell wall thickening stage.Naturally colored cotton is one of the most potential product in international green textile market in the 21st century for textile goods spined by naturally colored cotton don’t fade and don’t cause industrial wastewater and environmental pollution.The utilization of the cotton was restricted in a certain extent by germplasm resource scarcity,color drab,lack bright colours,low yield and poor quality of the fiber.This paper reviews the current situation of naturally colored cotton at home and abroad.The trend in developing naturally colored cotton of strengthening basic theory research and innovation,accelerating material innovation and breeding methods innovation were proposed.The combination of the conventional breeding technology and biotechnology will promote quality improvement and color innovation of naturally colored cotton,which will then promote the development of industrialization of naturally colored cotton and will to be the direction of research Naturally colored cotton.
