【Abstract】 SSR marker has many advantages such as information rich,high polymorphism,reliability and good repeatability.It has been widely used in detection of seed purity,identification of genetic diversity,construction of genetic map,QTLs and molecular marker-assisted selection.The current SSR detection based on PAGE silver staining which process is simple,but integration data of different sheets is a tedious work when test materials are numerous.The bright future of multiplex fluorescence detection has been discussed.更多还原
