【摘要】 本研究利用4个陆地棉HB红花近等基因系作父本,轮回亲本作母本组配杂交组合,研究红花标记性状棉花在产量杂种优势中的表现。同时将HB红花近等基因系及轮回亲本作父本分别与共同母本杂交,比较各组F₁有关性状及产量等方面的超亲、平均及竞争优势。结果表明:HB红花标记杂交组合子棉与皮棉产量具有明显的杂种优势,野生二倍体比克氏棉的渐渗片段对陆地棉杂种优势有重要的正向效应。通过本试验鉴定筛选出3个红花标记优势组合和1个一般配合力突出的共用亲本。更多还原

【Abstract】 We studied the heterosis of hybrids from HB Red-flower near-isogenic lines cotton as male parents crossed with their recurrent parents and common parent.The heterosis over seed cotton yield,lint cotton yield,lint percent,boll number,boll weight were measured.The results indicated there were heterosis among the hybrids,as well as the introgression of Gossypium bickii chromatin into Gossypium hirsutum genome was of advantage to heterosis in hybrid cotton.更多还原
