巴戟天多糖提取方法及其生物学功能的研究进展

【摘要】 巴戟天(Morinda officinalis How)属于茜草科植物,是我国"四大南药"之一。巴戟天含有多种营养成分,其中多糖成分在食品、医药、保健品等方面都有着广泛的应用,本文从巴戟天多糖的提取方法和生物学功能两方面对巴戟天多糖近年来的研究进展进行综述,旨在为巴戟天多糖更好的开发利用提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 Morinda officinalis How,a kind of Rubiaceae, is one of the four famous southern medicines in China. It contains plenty of nutrition, and its polysaccharide has a wide application in medicine, food, health care and other fields. In this paper, the extraction methods of Morinda officinalis polysaccharide and its biological function was summarized, so as to provide scientific evidence for a better development and utilization of Morindae officinalis polysaccharide.
