日本蟳对几种环境因子的耐受性试验
Tolerance of Charybdis japonica to several Environmental Factors

【摘要】 研究了日本蟳对温度、盐度及pH等环境因子的耐受能力。试验结果表明:日本蟳的适宜温度范围为13~28℃,临界上限水温为31℃,临界下限水温为4℃。耐受盐度范围比较广,为7.3~41.6,适宜盐度范围为:18.1~33.8。pH耐受限度为4.8~9.8,适宜pH为6.8~8.5。
【Abstract】 The effects of temperature, salinity, and pH on the tolerance of Charybdis japonica were studied in this paper. The results showed that C. japonica can tolerate a water temperature from 4℃ to31℃, the optimal water temperature ranging from 13 ℃ to 28 ℃. The optimal salinity ranges from 18.1to 33.8, the up limit 41.6 and the low limit 7.3. The animal can tolerate pH from 4.8 to 9.8,the optimal water pH ranging from 6.8 to 8.5.
