北麻漾沉积物内源氮磷营养盐静态释放特征研究

【摘要】 在北麻漾不同湖区采集原位沉积物柱状芯样,利用静态释放模拟法研究不同类型湖区沉积物内源NH4+-N和PO43--P释放规律与特征。结果显示:不同区域沉积物NH4+-N释放速率在-87.74~138.75mg/m2d之间,表现出极大差异;围网养殖区上覆水体具有较高NH4+-N浓度较高,沉积物内源释放受到抑制,整体表现为N汇;入湖河口区、特别是农田生产影响区沉积物具有较高的NH4+-N释放速率,内源释放NH4+-N释放强烈,为典型的N源区;而受上覆水体PO43--P含量较高及水体好氧程度较高的影响,不同湖区沉积物PO43--P释放均呈现出自上覆水向沉积物的通量,沉积物P汇特征显著。
【Abstract】 Characteristics of NH 4 + -N and PO 4 3- -P release of sediments from different districts of Lake Beimayang were simulated using static incubations of intact sediment cores. The results showed that the NH 4 + -N release rates of sediments from different districts were significantly different, which ranged from -87.74 mg/m 2 d to 138.75 mg/m 2 d. The internal release of NH 4 + -N in enclosure culture district was largely inhibited due to high NH 4 + -N concentration in overlying water. These districts were considered as N pools. NH 4 + -N re- lease rates of inflow river estuary sediment and agriculture affecting district were high. These areas were con- sidered as N sources where NH 4 + -N could be released from sediments to overlying and contributed to the eu- trophication of the lake. Releases rates of PO 4 3- -P were low in sediments from all sample sites due to both high PO 4 3- -P concentration and aerobic condition of overlying water, which implied that the sediment acted as the P pool in these areas.
