生物膜SBR复合新工艺脱氮除磷的研究发展及应用

【摘要】 水质、水量变化的频繁性及运行过程中各种不确定因素的出现,是许多污水处理机构面临的新问题,生物膜SBR复合工艺的提出为有效解决这一问题提供了新思路。生物膜SBR复合工艺是将SBR的间歇操作模式引入到生物膜反应器的全新应用,它集合SBR和传统生物膜技术的优点,不仅可高效处理水力负荷变化较大的城市生活污水,实现脱氮除磷的深度处理要求,而且富含特殊菌种的生物膜SBR复合工艺能有效地处理含有毒有害、难降解和易挥发有机污染物的工业废水。本文介绍了生物膜SBR复合工艺这种新型废水处理工艺技术的基本流程及特点,概括了生物膜SBR复合工艺在国内外污水处理中的研究现状,以及存在的问题及建议,同时指出随着对该工艺的研究和开发,它必将成为一种拥有良好发展前景的污水处理工艺。
【Abstract】 The load variation and uncertain factors are imposed on waste-water treatment infrastructure. Sequencing biofilm batch reactor(SBBR) process was used to resolve this problem. SBBR is a new application of the SBR strategy to biofilm reactors. It gathered the advantage of SBR and biofilm technology. This technology obtains the highly capacity of resisting the organic shock loading and can remove nitrogen and phosphorus effectively. Moreover, the special microorganism enriched in the SBBR system was used to remove organic pollutant which is noxious or hard to be subtracted. A new waste-water treatment technology, the basic flow of SBBR and characteristic features of this type of reactor were introduced. Research status of SBBR process for sewage treatment in the domestic and foreign was generalized. Some suggestions for SBBR development were put forward. It was also pointed out that with the research and development of SBBR system, it would be a widely popularized waste-water treatment process with good development prospect.
