纳米坡缕石共混树脂摩擦制动带的摩擦磨损性能

【摘要】 以坡缕石矿物纳米微粒共混制备了纳米坡缕石/桐油-酚醛复合树脂(M-P/TPF),用于无石棉编织型制动带的生产,将该产品与原纯桐油酚醛树脂摩擦产品以及原位法制备的坡缕石复合树脂的摩擦产品进行性能对比,结果表明,共混纳米坡缕石复合树脂制动带的抗热衰退能力比原产品提高了近50℃,而与原位生成的摩擦产品相当。摩擦系数在0.35和0.42之间稳定性较好,磨损率适中,具较好的摩擦学性能。

【Abstract】 Nano-palygorskite/tung tung oil phenolics complex material(M-P/TPF) was prepared by blending with palygorskite mineral nano-particles, and was used for the production of woven asbestos-free brake band. Contrast friction properties of these productions with those of tung oil phenolics complex material and palygorskite/tung tung oil phenolics complex material synthesized by means of in-situ polymerization, the result indicates that the heat resistance performance of woven brake band synthesized by blending is improved by nearly 50℃ than the original productions, and is similar with the productions synthesized by in-situ polymerization. The stability of friction coefficient between 0.35 and 0.42 is well, the wear rate is moderate, and it has good tribological properties.
