【摘要】 小黑杨(Populus×xiaohei)花药离体培养所得单倍体植株,经14年的生长观察,发现花粉植株间表现出明显分离.通过无性繁殖选出19个株系,并进行了田间比较试验,统计分析,结果发现材积生长差异显著.可从中选出优良株系加以利用,并提出杨树单倍体育种程序.更多还原

【Abstract】 After 14 years growth observation,it was found that obvious segregation appeared among the haploid pollen plants obtained from another culture in vitro of Populus×xiaohei T.S.Hwang et Liang(P.simonii×P.nigra). Through vegetative propagation,19 clones were selected and the field contrast test was carried out.Based on statistical analysis,the significant diffrence of volume increment was found.It is suggested that the elite clones could be selected from pollen plants for utilization.The programme of haploid breeding was pr-e sented in this paper.更多还原
