落叶松杂种组培繁殖的研究
STUDY ON MICROPROPAGATION IN VITRO OF LARIX HYBRIDS

【摘要】 利用13年生落叶松杂种休眠顶芽作外植体,采用腋芽增殖途径,育成了完整的植株,最高分化率可达80.6%。由一个外植体进行一次分化培养最多可形成30个腋芽,经继代培养后多数能伸长形成嫩枝。较好的激素组合为BA3+NAA0.2;BA1+NAA0.01;BA2+NAA0.2(单位;mg/l)。细胞分裂素以BA分化效果最好,KT次之。同一杂种不同单株再生个体的能力有很大差别,较好的单株由一个外植体平均形成11.9个无根苗.
【Abstract】 Larix hybrids of 13 years old were micropropagated in vitro using dormant terminal buds.By axillary bud multiplication,complete plants had been developted.The highest regeneration rate of axillary bud could be high up to 80.6%,the maximum regenerated axillary buds were 30 in an explant per induction and the most of them could elongate into shoots.The optimal hormone combination for axilla ry bud induction are BA 3 + NAA 0.2,BA 1 +NAA 0.01,BA2+NAA 0.2(mg/l) and BA is more efficient than KT,There are significant differences in bud-forming capacity among the individuals of the same hybrid.The average numbers of the shoot inducted from the best(?)ants were 11.9 per explant
