森林保险的农户需求与满足程度实证研究——基于湖南省农户的调查分析

【摘要】 利用湖南省浏阳市、新化县、冷水江市190户农户的问卷调查数据,从保险责任和保险产品、保障程度和保险金额、保险费率和补贴比例、保险公司理赔业务等方面探讨了森林保险对农户需求的满足程度,认为为有效提高农户的保险需求,需要从开发多元化森林保险产品、提高保险金额、提高商品林保费补贴比例、加大宣传力度、提升保险公司森林保险业务水平等方面来完善森林保险制度。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the forest insurance for farmers demand satisfaction from the insurance liability and insurance products,the level of protection and the amount of insurance premium rates and the proportion of subsidies,insurance company claims business based on the data of Hunan Province.The results show that in order to improve the insurance needs of farmers,it is necessary to develop a diversified forest insurance products,increase the amount of insurance,increase the proportion of premium subsidies,step up publicity efforts.
