【摘要】 经济增长中科技进步的贡献问题是现代林业经济理论与政策研究的核心问题之一。本文本文系统地阐述了科技进步对经济增长的涵义及其贡献率测算的数量经济原理,在此基础上对比、分析了几种主要的现代经济增长理论中科技进步测算研究的成果和研究方法。然后以《中国林业统计年鉴》等数据资料,运用索罗余值法,对1996～2007新疆林业科技进步贡献率进行了实证研究。结果显示,1996～2007新疆林业科技进步贡献率为37.75%。在结果分析的基础上,提出了如何提高"十二五"期间新疆林业科技进步贡献率的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Contribution ratio of forestry science and technology progress is one of the key questions in forestry economics and policy.In this article,the economical and mathematic theory and meaning of science and technology in the economic development are analyzed.On the basis of statistic data in many yearbooks,contribution ratio of forestry science and technology progress,which is 37.75%,is measured and analyzed in Xinjiang from 1996 to 2007 by using method of Solow Equation.In the end,the counter measurements are proposed to improve management of forestry science and technology in the 12th Five-year Plan period.更多还原
