【摘要】 本文基于C-D生产函数模型思路,运用索洛增长方程式,对陕西吴起县退耕还林后农业生产各要素的生产弹性和对技术进步的贡献率进行计算,重点分析了退耕还林政策对吴起县农业生产各要素生产力的影响,结论是吴起县的退耕换林政策既创造了生态效益又提高了耕地的生产弹性,使其从1.204提高到12.746,实现了人与自然的和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper based on C-D production function calculated the productive elastic rate of all kinds of productive element,and the rate of contribution to technical development in agriculture industry of Wuqi county in Shaanxi province by means of Solo’s method.the emphasis of this analysis is the effect of the policy returning to forest from cultivated land to the productive efficiency of all kinds of element,the conclusion is that the policy not only brings about ecological benefit but also enhance the productive elastic of cultivated land,making it elevated from 1.204 to 12.746,realizing the harmonious development between people and nature.更多还原
