双极膜电去离子技术处理模拟低浓度含镍废水
Treatment of dilute Ni2+ -containing wastewater by electro-deionization with bipolar membrane

【摘要】 采用双极膜EDI(EDI-BP)技术处理模拟低浓度含镍废水,分析了过程中的离子迁移行为,讨论了过程中沉淀、电流密度分布变化、传质等问题,并进行了长时间的运转实验.研究结果表明:降低原水pH、浓水pH值能够有效避免沉淀的产生;过程中沿原水流向膜堆电流密度分布不均,从脱盐室进水端至出水端电流密度升高直至不变;在一定范围内改变原水pH值,对脱盐室中Ni2+浓度分布具有显著影响,但沿膜器高度实现Ni2+完全脱除的位置变化不大.在一定实验条件下,可以得到电导率1.5μS/cm左右,且未检测出Ni2+离子的产品水,以及Ni2+浓缩倍数达90倍的浓缩水.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the electrodeionization with bipolar membrane was utilized in the treatment of simulated dilute-containing wastewater.The generation and avoidance of precipitation of Ni(OH)2,the current density distribution of stack and the mass transfer of ions in dilute chambers were studied,and the concentrated experiment was carried out.The results show that,Lower the pH value of concentrate or feed,the generation of Ni(OH)2 precipitation can be avoided.The current density distribution of stack along the flow direction of feed was uneven;the current density increased firstly and then became almost unchanged from the inlet to the outlet of feed when the process reached a steady state.Under the experimental conditions,in feed of 1.5 μS/cm can be completely removed and the concentration of in concentrate can be condensed 90 times.
