旋转超滤膜组件澄清乳酸发酵液膜污染研究

【摘要】 膜污染阻力是影响膜过程效率的关键因素,了解膜过程操作条件对膜污染的影响对于减轻膜污染、提高膜过程效率具有重要意义.实验利用串联阻力模型,以乳酸发酵液为实验体系,考察了新型旋转超滤膜组件的操作条件——跨膜压力、转速和温度对膜污染阻力及膜不同阻力分布的影响.实验发现跨膜压力越大时,膜的总阻力越大,由可逆污染形成的阻力占总阻力的比例越高;当转速越高时,膜的总阻力越小,由可逆污染形成的阻力占总阻力的比例越小;温度不同时,膜总阻力相同,而高温时由不可逆污染形成的阻力占总阻力的比列最高.

【Abstract】 Membrane fouling resistance is a key factor for membrane process efficiency.Understanding the effect of operating conditions on membrane fouling can help reduce membrane fouling and improve the efficiency. In this study,the resistance-in-series model was used to illustrate the membrane fouling resistances under different conditions.The fouling data came from the process of clarifying lactic acid fermentation broth with a new type membrane module-rotating membrane module.It was found that the total membrane resistance increased with the TMP increasing and the reversible pollution formed high percentage under high TMP.The rotating speed had negative effect on total membrane resistance,that is,the total resistance decreased with the rotating speed increasing.Under high rotating speed,the irreversible fouling accounts for smaller proportion of the total resistance.The total membrane resistances were the same at different temperature,but the irreversible fouling was high under high temperature.
