纳米杂化聚电解质渗透汽化膜研究
Study on pervaporation performance of polyelectrolyte nanohybrid membranes

【摘要】 采用动态层层吸附法在平板及中空纤维聚丙烯腈基膜上成功组装了纳米杂化聚电解质复合物膜.研究了杂化膜表面的Zeta电位和表面形貌,考察了不同组件形式、派对数对杂化膜渗透汽化性能的影响.实验结果表明:所制备的PDDA-ZrO2/PSS-ZrO2杂化膜Zeta电位在-6 mV至6 mV间变化,表面致密无孔,对于95%乙醇/水体系,平板膜式PDDA-ZrO2/PSS-ZrO2杂化膜与PDDA/PSS膜相比分离因子由192提高到423,中空纤维式PDDA-ZrO2/PSS-ZrO2杂化膜分离因子由403提高到18 981,且渗透通量有显著提高.
【Abstract】 In this paper,polyelectrolyte nanohybrid membranes were successfully assembled on flat sheet and hollow fiber PAN ultrafiltration support membranes by dynamic layer-by-layer absorption.The surfaces of nanohybrid membranes were observed by Zeta potential and SEM.The surfaces of the PDDAZrO2 /PSS-ZrO2 hybrid membranes were dense and non-porous.The zeta potentials changed between—6 mV to 6 mV.In the case of pervaporation of 95%iso-butyl/water mixtures,the separation factor of sheet and hollow fiber hybrid membranes were 423 and 18981,respectively.
