拉伸对聚氨酯系中空纤维膜性能的影响

【摘要】 经熔融纺丝-拉伸法,制得了聚氨酯系中空纤维膜.对聚氨酯系中空纤维膜形貌进行表征,可以看出,所制得中空纤维膜为均质膜,无明显大孔结构.研究了拉伸前后膜的水通量、孔径及其分布、纯水通量随时间衰减情况的变化,表明,拉伸可加宽中空纤维膜的孔径分布,增大平均孔径和最大孔径,表现在宏观尺度上即增加了中空纤维膜的纯水通量.同时,研究了聚氨酯系中空纤维膜的力学性能,为了进一步研究拉伸对膜结构的影响奠定基础.
【Abstract】 Polyurethane-based hollow fiber membranes were prepared by melt spinning-drawing method. Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was employed to reveal the morphology of hollow fiber membranes, the analysis shows that the hollow fiber membrane was homogeneous membrane,there were not obvious macrovoids.Meanwhile,changes of water flux,pore size and its distribution and the water flux attenuation with time between before and after stretching were studied.Results show that,stretching could broaden the pore size distribution of hollow fiber membrane,and enlarge the mean and maximum pore size.On a macroscale,it was show that the water flux of hollow fiber membrane was increased.At the same time, the mechanical performance of polyurethane—based hollow fiber membranes was researched for the further investigation of the effects of stretching on the membrane performance.
