聚砜超滤膜的制备及结构性能调控

【摘要】 在分析国外血液透析聚砜膜结构与性能的基础上,选择以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和无机盐LiCl为添加剂,采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备聚砜膜.通过改变聚合物浓度、添加剂种类及含量、初生膜空气置放时间、凝固浴组成及温度等方法调控聚砜膜结构与性能.采用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)研究膜的形态结构,纯水通量和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)截留实验研究膜的渗透分离性能.结果表明,添加剂和凝固浴等条件显著影响膜的形态结构和渗透分离性能;通过优化铸膜液组成及工艺参数条件,可以制备出具有优异渗透分离性能、截面为海绵状梯度结构、外表面具有微孔结构的聚砜膜.

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the morphology and permeation performance of polysulfone(PSf) homodialysis membranes on the clinic,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) and LiCl were chosen as the additives and PSf membranes were fabricated using immersion precipitation phase inversion technique.The morphology of the PSf membrane can be controlled from changing the concentration of PSf,kinds of additive,content of additive,air storage time,composition and temperature of coagulation bath.The morphologies of the PSf membranes were characterized by field emission electron microscopy(FESEM).Pure water flux and BSA rejection experiment were applied to study the properties of the PSf membranes.It was found that the additives and coagulation bath have a significant impact on the morphology and permeation performance of the membranes,and the PSf membranes with sponge-like cross-section and microvoids surface can be obtained by optimizing the conditions.
