紫外光接枝法制备新型离子识别功能膜
Preparation of a new kind of UV-grafted ion-recognition membrane

【摘要】 采用4-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃和聚苯乙烯-b-丙烯醇(PS-co-PAAL)为原料合成具有离子识别功能材料聚苯乙烯-b-丙烯氧基-4-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃.然后用紫外光接枝法将其接枝到聚丙烯腈(PAN)微孔膜表面,制得具有离子识别功能的新型膜,接枝量为:1.344 mg/cm~2.通过FT-IR、~1H NMR、ATR、SEM以及AFM等手段对功能材料和功能膜的结构进行了表征。结果表明,实验室自行合成的聚苯乙烯-b-丙烯氧基-4-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃在PAN膜的表面形成了厚约10μm的致密皮层.最后,采用自行设计的膜运输装置,对膜的离子识别功能进行了检测.通过与非功能材料(丙烯酸)接枝膜的对比,可以确认本文制备和表征的离子识别膜能选择性的识别和运输Na~+和K~+,是一种阳离子识别型功能膜.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the 4-tert-butylcalix[4]arene and poly(styrene-co-allyl alcohol) were used to synthesize a kind of ion-recognition material which named poly(styrene-co-allyl oxygen)-4-tert-butyl-calix[4] arene.Then a new kind of ion-recognition membrane was prepared by using of ultraviolet(UV) light for grafting it onto the surface of polyacrylonitrile(PAN) microporous membrane.The grafting volume is:l. 344 mg/cm.The grafting membrane was characterized by the method of fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and atomic force microscopy(AFM).The results confirmed that poly(styrene-co-allyl oxygen group) -i-tert- butyl- calyx[4]arene had successfully grafted onto the surface of the PAN microporous membrane,and formed a 10 um thick dense layer.At last,the ion recognition function of the membrane was determined by our self-designed membrane transport instrument. By compared with non-functional materials(acrylic acid) grafted membranes,and Na~+,Li~+ transport experiments,it suggested that the UV-grafted poly(styrene-co-allyl oxygen)-4-tert-butyl-calix[4] arene membrane can selectively recognized and transport Na~+.It is a new type of Na~+ ion recognition membrane.
