L64嵌段共聚物为模板制备TiO2超滤膜

【摘要】 本文选用嵌段共聚物(EO)13(PO)30(EO)13(L64)为模板剂,以正丁醇为助溶剂,在硝酸为催化剂的条件下成功制备了小孔径TiO2/Al2O3复合陶瓷超滤膜.利用低温氮气吸附脱附、XRD、环境扫描电镜(SEM)等对TiO2材料的微观结构及晶体结构进行分析和表征,研究了模板剂的加入对TiO2材料结构的影响.并选用模板剂含量为11.8%的TiO2溶胶为涂膜液,采用旋转涂膜法制备TiO2片式担载膜,对膜片作纯水通量及截留分子量测试表征膜片的渗透性能,经过五次涂膜后,TiO2片式膜的截留分子量为12 600,对应的孔径为5.1 nm,膜层的厚度约2.5μm左右.这种小孔径二氧化钛超滤膜对于分子量在1 000~100 000范围内的生化产品的加工和精制过程具有良好的应用前景.

【Abstract】 In this paper,a crack-freeTiO2/A12O3 composite ultraflitration membrane was prepared by using 1-butane as solvent,nitric acid as catalyst,and the block copolymers(EO)13(PO)30(EO)13 as the template. The microstructure and phase of TiO2 materials were characterised by the techniques of scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and low temperature N2 adsorption-desorption.The influences of the concentration of template agents on material structure were investigated.TiO2 UF membranes were prepared by spin-coating with TiO2 sol in which the mass fraction of block copolymer was 11.8%.The liquid permeation properties of the menbranes were studied by pure water flux and molecular weight cut-off tests,and the SEM results were adopted to analyze the appearance and section of TiO2 UF membranes.The TiO2 UF membranes had a cut-off molecular weight of 12 600,while the pore size was 5.1 nm.,the thickness of the membrane was about 2.5μm.This small aperture titania membrane whose molecular weight is about 1 000~100 000 has good application prospects in the process of machining and refining biochemical products.
