膜对饮用水中病毒的去除效果及影响因素

【摘要】 通过投加模型病毒f2噬菌体进行批量实验,考察了6种不同孔径的膜对病毒的去除效果和影响因子,以期为水体中病毒的浓缩提供参考.研究结果表明:膜对病毒的截留远高于基于筛分原理的理论截留率,膜对病毒的分离过程不是一个简单的筛分过程,膜对病毒的吸附在膜的截留中具有重要的地位.随着进水病毒浓度与操作压力的增加,病毒透过膜的机率也会相应的增加.
【Abstract】 Virus removal in the membrane separation process in drinking water was investigated by employing coliphages f2 as a tracer.Six pore sizes membrane modules were used to investigate their effects on virus rejection.It was found that the absorbtion on the membrane surface was the main cause of high rejection of coliphage f2,which is higher than the rejection based on the rejection screening theory.With the enhancement of virus concentration and operating pressure,the chance of virus through the membrane will be a corresponding increase.
