【摘要】 采用国产聚丙烯中空纤维帘式膜组件,进行了A/O-MBR在冬季低温条件下处理生活污水的启动运行试验研究,考察了启动期反应器对污水的处理效果,并探讨了膜污染过程特性.试验结果表明,当水温为8~14℃时,启动末期CODcr、NH3-N、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为94%,71%,62%和89.9%,出水浊度小于0.3 NTU.低温启动运行期间,系统中活性污泥指数SVI为67~98.运行初期,跨膜压差增加迅速,采用离线机械清洗可以使膜通量获得较好的恢复,启动末期膜机械清洗周期17天.

【Abstract】 An experimental study on the start-up of A/OMBR in treating domestic sewage was carried out by using polypropylene hollow-fiber membrane module made in China at low temperature during the winter season.The removal efficiency of contaminants and membrane performance were investigated during the start-up period.The results show that when the water temperature is 8 14℃,the average removal efficiencies of CODcr,NH3-N,TN,TP were 94%,71%,62%and 89.9%respectively at the final phase of the start period,the turbidity of effluent is less than 0.3 NTU.SVI of activated sludge was in the range of 67~98 at low temperatures during the experimental period.At the beginning,transmembrane pressure increased rapidly,using off-line mechanical cleaning the membrane can alleviated effectively.Membrane mechanical cleaning cycle was 17 days at the final phase.
