动态LBL法制备中空纤维聚离子复合膜初探

【摘要】 探索采用动态层-层静电吸附法(动态LBL),以聚丙烯腈作为基膜,以聚丙烯酸(PAA)和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为聚离子派对制备中空纤维聚离子复合膜,初步考察了中空纤维聚离子复合膜的渗透汽化性能和对一价、二价阳离子的截留情况.研究结果表明:随着复合层数的增多,复合膜的渗透汽化分离因子表现出增长趋势;并且对Li+、Mg2+、Ca2+有一定的截留效果.
【Abstract】 The hollow fiber polyion composite membranes were prepared by dynamically depositing polyacrylic acid(PAA) and polyethyleneimine(PEI) alternatively on the ultrafiltration support membrane under a certain pressure.The hollow fiber polyion composite membranes were used to pervaporation separation of water—ethanol mixture in a pervaporation apparatus.The removal of univalent and bivalent cations using the assembled membrane was also evaluated. With the increase of polyion bilayer numbers,the pervaporation separation factor increased.Furthermore,the membranes assembled showed a certain capability to retain the cations of Li+,Mg2+ and Ca2+.
