【摘要】 考察不同预处理方法对0.2μm Al₂O₃陶瓷膜微滤中药水提液过程的影响.以糖渴清复方水提液为实验体系,采取调节pH、絮凝、离心和粗滤等预处理方法.中药水提液经过预处理后,呈现的总体趋势是膜澄清过程中膜过滤总阻力均大幅度的减小,孔内阻力比例增大,膜表面吸附阻力比例变小.离心后的水提液的过滤阻力最小,膜通量最高.更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of different pretreatment methods on the process of 0.2μm Al₂O₃ ceramic membrane microfiltration of herb extract was discussed.The extract of Tangkeqing water extract were microfihrated in this experiment,such pretreatment methods as adjusting pH,flocculation,centrifugal effect and rough filtration were used.After the herb extract is pretreated,the overall filtration resistance largely decreases,the proportion of adsorption resistance reduces;however,the proportion of pore fouling resistance increases.The water extract with centrifugal pretreatment holds the least filtration resistance and the largest membrane flux.更多还原
