膜式光生物反应器脱除空气中CO2的研究

【摘要】 采用膜式光生物反应器,研究了膜组件的应用对藻液中pH与溶氧(DO)浓度、CO2的去除及小球藻生长的影响.中空纤维膜组件与10 L光生物反应器串联而成,实验结果表明:膜式光生物反应器中,膜式供气大大改善藻液与气相之间的混合和传质效果,与普通光生物反应器相比,气体在藻液中停留时间由原来的2 s提高到20 s以上,溶氧浓度显著降低,反应器出口气体O2含量明显增加.一定实验条件下(细胞密度2.0×107cells/mL,进气流速3 L/min,光强10 500 lx,温度25~30℃),普通空气(0.04%CO2)进气时,出气CO2浓度下降到检测极限以下;进气CO2含量1.0%时,出气CO2含量下降到0.3%.可见新型的膜式光生物反应器能强化空气中CO2的转化与去除能力,为密闭空间CO2的脱除提供一条新途径.
【Abstract】 The effect of membrane contactor on pH,concentration of dissolved oxygen in the algae liquid,CO2 removal and the growth of Chlorella vulgaris were investigated.The hollow fiber membrane contactor was connected to the 10 liter photobioreactor.It is shown that supplying gas with membrane can improve the effects of mixing and mass transferring between algae liquid and gas.Compared with ordinary photobioreactor,the resident time of gas in the algae liquid can be raised to over 20 seconds from 2 seconds and concentration of dissolved oxygen can be reduced significantly,oxygen concentration in the outlet gas increasing.Under a certain operating conditions including cell density of 2.0×107 cells/mL,inlet gas rate of 3 L/min,and light intensity of 10 500 lx at 2530℃,ordinary room air(0.04%CO2) as the inlet gas,the CO2 concentration can be reduced to the boundary value in outlet and 1.0%CO2 in aeration gas can fall to 0.3%in the discharged gas.It means that the novel membrane - photobioreactor can improve CO2 transform and removal from air,which may be a promising solution to CO2 removal in closed space.
