渗透汽化膜技术在我国的工业化应用

【摘要】 渗透汽化膜技术以其高效,低能耗,不引入第三组分,产品质量好,占地少,绿色环保等优点在我国的有机溶剂(溶媒)脱水及回收再利用领域得到了越来越广泛的应用.本文简要介绍了渗透汽化膜技术在我国实现工业化应用的过程,并以该技术在精细化工、新能源、石油化工、医药化工等行业的应用实例说明了该技术在我国的应用现状及广阔的前景.
【Abstract】 Pervaporation membrane technology with its advantage of efficiently,low energy consumption,good product quality,no environment pollution etc.get more and more extensive application in organic solvent dehydration. The application process of pervaporation membrane technology to industry in China is introduces,and application example in the fine chemical,new energy,petroleum chemical engineering,medicine chemical engineering, etc.is used to explain the applied status of pervaporation membrane technology in China.A bright future for pervaporation membrane technology is expected.
