气冲强化动态超滤处理大豆乳清液的试验研究

【摘要】 通过中试试验,考察了气冲强化动态超滤处理大豆乳清液的效果和工艺参数.对于经过预处理的大豆乳清液,采用该动态超滤可极大地延缓膜通量的衰减速率,在气冲强度5.0m~3/h、压力0.05 MPa、温度45℃和pH7.0的最优操作条件下,膜的过滤周期达到1 200 min以上,远大于死端过滤或切向流过滤时膜的过滤周期;对污染后膜的清洗表明,该组件形式有利于膜的水力冲洗和化学清洗;对蛋白质和糖类的分离效果进行监测,结果表明气冲强化动态形式不改变超滤膜对目标物质的分离特性.
【Abstract】 A pilot study has been carried out to evaluate the application of air blasting enhanced vibratory ultrafiltration in the treatment of soybean whey.The results showed that the decline of membrane permeate flux was slowed down apparently compared with that of dead end or cross flow ultrafiltration.The ultrafiltration circle was as long as more than 1 200 min for the pretreated soybean whey under the optimal operating condition of 45℃of temperature,7.0 of pH,0.05 MPa of transmembrane pressure and 5.0 m~3/h of air blasting density.The experiments also revealed that the air blasting enhanced vibratory ultrafiltration module was advantageous for the application of water dynamic flushing and chemical cleaning to reclaim the membrane permeate flux after the fouling of membrane.The retaining ratios of protein and oligosaccharides were not changed by the operation,indicating that the separating characteristics of aimed components were not altered by the adoption of air blasting.
