耐污染超滤膜的研究

【摘要】 基于膜污染的基本原理,以亲水性材料聚醚砜为支撑膜,以哌嗪与对苯二甲酰氯为单体,采用界面聚合手段,在支撑膜表面形成一层极薄的聚哌嗪酰胺亲水分离层.讨论了超滤膜的成膜机理与分离性能,进行膜性能评价和膜耐污染性实验,并对实验中各物质的作用进行了分析.研究结果表明以聚醚砜为支撑层,以哌嗪与对苯二甲酰氯为单体,采用界面聚合法,十二烷基硫酸钠浓度在0.1%,碳酸钠浓度在0.4%,单体浓度比在1:2~1:3可提高复合膜的分离性能,达到耐污染目的.
【Abstract】 The composite ultrafiltration membrane of thin top - layer was fabricated by interfacial polymerization (IP) of piperazine and terephthalyl chloride on the hydrophile stuff polyethersulfone(PES) support membrane. The effect of the concentrations of monomers,surfactant(SDS) and alkaline and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) were carefully studied for preparing the best ultrafiltration membrane,and the concentration of SDS is 0.1%,alkaline is 0.4%and the ratio of the concentrations of monomers is 1:2~1:3.Also,the mechanism and the separability performance of the composite ultrafiltration membrane was discussed.And the prepared composite membrane showed good performance for anti - fouling.
