中空纤维膜组件错流微滤过程中操作条件对通量影响的研究

【摘要】 选用0.1μm PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)内压式中空纤维微滤膜组件,首先采用L9(33)正交表,以中空纤维微滤膜组件的通量为考察指标,在错流条件下进行了去离子水正交实验,分析了操作因素对于膜通量的影响.正交实验结果表明:压力为主要影响因素,其次为温度,速度的影响最小.随后采用L18(37)三体系正交表,对去离子水、酵母、高岭土三种不同体系进行正交实验研究,正交实验结果表明:体系和压力是最主要的影响因素,速度和浓度对于渗透通量也有着一定的影响,温度的影响最小.操作压力、进料液温度及速度的增大都有利于膜通量的提高.最终确定了三体系微滤的较佳操作条件为:压力0.06 MPa,速度0.081 7 m/s,浓度2.0g/L,温度20℃.通过对去离子水与三体系实验数据的比较和分析,可知两种情况下压力均为主要的影响因素,它的增加对于二者通量的提高都有明显作用,温度的提高对通量影响较小,但二者所得出的结论总体上一致.
【Abstract】 The inside - out hollow fiber model was used to study the effect of the operating conditions on the permeate flux.Firstly,the square- crossing test was used with three factors and three levels to for deionized water. The results showed that the pressure is the main effect factors,the temperature and the velocity also have the effect on the permeate flux.Then the square - crossing test was used with five factors and three levels for three systems.The results showed that the system and the pressure are the main effect factors,the velocity and the concentration also have the effect on the permeate flux.According to the results,more experiments were done to make sure optimize of operating conditions.The results was that the optimize of operating conditions was the pressure of 0.06 MPa,the velocity of 0.081 7 m/s,the concentration of 2.0 g/L and the temperature of 20℃.According to comparing and analyzing of deionized water and three system,the results was that the pressure is the main factor,the permeate flux increases with the increasing pressure,the temperature has smaller effect on the permeate flux than that of pressure,the different conditions has the same conclusion.
