微滤过程中滤饼比阻影响因素的研究

【摘要】 采用酵母悬浮液作为实验体系,选用0.2μm的聚醚砜(PES)平板微滤膜分别在自制微滤杯(200 mL,0.002 4 m~2,以压缩空气为推动力)和错流装置(用恒流量蠕动泵Masterflex来循环料液)上对影响死端微滤比阻的因素(浓度、压力、温度和循环流速(错流微滤))分别进行了正交设计实验研究,结果表明:1)死端微滤时,对比阻影响最大的是操作压力,比阻与之呈指数关系;其次是料液浓度,低浓度时比阻先随浓度增加而减小,浓度大于1.0 g/L后,反而随浓度增大而增加;温度对比阻影响较小,温度升高比阻增加.2)错流微滤时,影响最大的是错流速率,错流速率升高时比阻增大;压力的影响次之,压力增加时比阻增大,在0.08 MPa附近出现转折点,此后,比阻随压力增大更为明显.然后依次是料液浓度和温度,其影响与死端工况相似,对比阻的影响较小.

【Abstract】 PES flat membrane with 0.2μm average pore size was chosen.The dead - end MF experiment was run with a microfiltration cup(200 mL,0.002 4 m~2) and crossflow experiment was run with a homemade cross-flow setup(Masterflex peristaltic pump).First yeast suspension was choose as feed liquid,A set of orthonormal experiments was designed to study the effect of operating conditions(concentration,pressure,temperature and velocity(crossflow)) to specific resistance.The results showed that:(1) In dead - end MF,pressure is the uppermost factor and it has an exponential relation with specific resistance.Concentration is the second effective factor,and decreases with concentration first,but increases while feed concentration over 1.0 g/L.Specific resistance has a weak trend of increasing with temperature,and it is the least factor of the three above.(2) In crossflow MF,crossflow velocity is the uppermost factor,specific resistance increases with increasing of cross-flow velocity.Pressure is the second factor.Specific resistance increases with it,and this trend becomes more obvious after 0.08 MPa.Concentration and temperature are followed,and variation laws are similar with deadend MF.
