电积钴微孔隔膜的研制及其性能
Preparation and performance of microporous membranes for cobalt electrolysis

【摘要】 将微孔膜复合于工业滤布作为以制备用于钴电解沉积的阳极隔膜.依据电积钴生产对阳极隔膜的性能要求,设计了多种组成与配比的胶液配方,在不同的工业滤布上进行了复膜试验,并测试所得膜性能.研究了复膜厚度、蒸发时间等因素对膜性能的影响.质量优良的工业滤布可以作为钴电解沉积阳极隔膜的成膜基材.试制的隔膜性能满足生产要求,使用寿命长.
【Abstract】 The microporous membranes were composite with filter fabrics to prepare the electrode diaphragm in the cobalt electrolysis.The membranes were prepared with multi - formations of the coating solutions on different filter fabrics and their performances were tested according to the demand of cobalt electrolysis.The results of production probation show that the performances of the diaphragms are satisfied the demand in the product line of cobalt electrolysis and the life of the diaphragms is greatly prolonged.
