中空纤维膜吸收低质量浓度SO2的特性

【摘要】 研究了中空纤维膜组件中吸收低质量浓度SO2的特性,考察了不同操作模式、不同膜液和不同膜材料等因素对SO2吸收效果的影响,并分析了各种因素对SO2吸收率产生影响的原因.结果表明,在中空纤维膜组件中,逆流操作优于并流;柠檬酸钠溶液因具有良好的缓冲性能和较大的吸收容量,是一种理想的吸收液;膜吸收过程中疏水性膜具有较好的传质和对气体的吸收效果.
【Abstract】 The characteristics of low concentration sulfur dioxide absorption in hollow fiber membrane were studied. Several important factors:operating mode,solution and membrane material that affect the absorption efficiency were tested individually.The results show that in the hollow fiber membrane module,counter- current operating mode was better than that of parallel - current;the sodium citrate solution was an ideal one for the better buffer performance and bigger absorption capability;hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane had advantages in membrane absorption than hydrophilic membrane.
