分子印迹复合膜的合成及其拆分性能研究
Study of selective transport properties of cinchonine molecular imprinted composite membrane

【摘要】 以抗疟药物辛可宁(CN)为模板分子在光冷引发条件下合成了分子印迹聚合物膜,用于拆分非对映异构体辛可宁和辛可尼丁(CD).实验比较了不加支撑体成膜和以尼龙膜为支撑体成膜的情况,发现以尼龙膜为支撑体的分子印迹复合膜的通量为10.9 L/(m~2·h),上下表面活性层分别约10μm,膜整体厚约50μm,具有韧性好、通量大、表面均匀致密、膜厚度小等特点.选择性透过实验中,尼龙-分子印迹复合膜对辛可宁和辛可尼丁的分离度达到1.60,在6h时CD的透过量为0.301μmol/cm~2,CN的透过量仅为0.146μmol/cm~2,表明该复合膜中存在着由形状和功能基团均与模板分子辛可宁互补的作用,而辛可尼丁却能相对自由地通过该复合膜.因此尼龙-分子印迹复合膜对异构体辛可宁和辛可尼丁具有较好的选择性透过分离能力,而空白复合膜却没有这种分离能力.
【Abstract】 Molecularly imprinted polymer membranes,applied to separate diastereoisomers of cinchonine(CN) and cinchonidine(CD),were prepared by a molecular imprinting technique.The imprinted composite membrane (ICM) used nylon as backstop had the advantages of better tenacity,more uniform surface,better flux,and thinner thickness compared to the membrane directly polymerized without any backstop.And flux of acetonitrile through ICM could be 10.9 L/(m~2·h) under the pressure of 0.1 MPa,the whole thickness was only 50μm.In the selective transport experiment,resolution factor between CN and CD was 1.60,and flux of CD through ICM was 0.301μmol/cm~2 but that of CN was 0.146μmol/cm~2 only.The results indicated that there was some interaction strength between the imprinted polymer membrane and CN,which made the membrane show higher transport selectivity for CD than CN.However,the none - imprinted polymer membrane(NIPM) couldn’ t display the selective transport property.
