【Abstract】 Recently,a bipolar membrane process has become one of the most attractive fields in the world.The water splitting technology based on bipolar membrane is becoming a general - purpose unit operation,which has been applied in may industrial fields such as chemical production,metallurgical separation,environmental protection and resources recovery.The main intention of this paper is to give a brief overview and technical advantages of applications of bipolar membranes in the areas of food industry.更多还原
