交联聚乙烯醇膜材料结构与性能的相关性(Ⅰ)交联膜的红外分析

【摘要】 对PVA膜材料的化学结构进行了分析,建立了定量表征PVA膜交联度的新方法,探明了交联对高分子链间氢键作用的影响规律.结果表明,当交联温度为100℃,交联时间为60 min时,交联反应接近平衡;交联剂分子的引入导致高分子链间氢键作用减弱.
【Abstract】 The chemical structure of PVA material was studied.A new quantificational method measuring the maleic acid cross - linkage was established.The influence of cross - linking on the hydrogen bond between polymer chains was founded.The results indicate that the cross- linked reaction approaches balance(actual cross-linkage is about 80%when the temperature is 373K and cross - linking for 60 minutes;the introduction of cross - linking agent molecules leads to weakness of hydrogen bonds between polymer chains.)
