渗透汽化分离有机物
A study on separation of organics by perVaporation

【摘要】 用不同的方法制备了几种分离有机物的膜,如CA/PAN、PVA/PAN的复合膜,以及含金属离子载体的PVA膜,这些膜是复合膜或非对称膜.测量了膜材料(CA和PVA-Men+)的吸附特性并评价了其性能.结果表明,CA和CTA膜以及几种复合膜适于分离MTBE/MeOH,修正的溶解-扩散模型可成功地估算MTBE/MeOH透过CA膜的渗透汽化分离性能.从初步吸附试验看,含金属离子载体的PVA膜对分离苯/环乙烷体系可能是一好的候选膜.
【Abstract】 A few membranes for separation of organics were prepared by different methods,such as composite membranes of CA/PAN,PVA/PAN & PVA/CA,CTA hollow fiber,and blended polymer composite CA/PVB, & CA/MMA-AA,as well as PVA membrane with metal ion carriers.The membranes are asymmetric or composite. The sorption characteristics of the membrane materials(CA & PVA - Men+) was measured and membrane separation performance was examined.The results show that CA & CTA membranes and composite membranes are suitable for the separation of MTBE/MeOH,and the modified solution-diffusion model can successfully predict the performance of PV separation of MTBE/MeOH through CA membranes.PVA membrane with metal ion carriers may be a good candidate for the separation of benzene/cyclohexane from preliminary sorption experiment.
