PVC/PVB共混膜相容性研究

【摘要】 利用溶解度参数法、宏观状态分析、粘度法、相差显微镜观察法,DSC(示差扫描量热计)等手段研究了PVC/PVB二元共混体系的相容性.结果表明,PVC和PVB共混体系在一定配比范围内为部分相容,相容性较好,该共混体系明显改善了PVC的亲水性,而且利用SEM扫描电镜从膜结构方面对PVC/PVB共混膜性能的提高进行了分析.
【Abstract】 The compatibility of the PVC/PVB binary blends were studied by solubility parameter,macroscopical state analyse,viscosity,phase differentia microscope and DSC.The results were indicated that he PVC/PVB blends were fine partially compatible at a certain proportion scale.The system evidently improved the hydrophile property of PVC.The paper also analyzed the PVC/PVB blending membrane’s better performance from membrane structural aspect by SEM.
