高渗透率的ZSM-35型沸石膜的合成与表征
Synthesis and characterization of zeolite ZSM-35 membrane with high permeance

【摘要】 采用水热合成法,首次以吡咯烷为模板剂的体系在长为250 mm,孔径为3~5μm的α-Al2O3陶瓷管外表面直接原位合成出无缺陷沸石膜;XRD,SEM及H2,N2单组分气体渗透表征测试表明,载体管上的晶粒均匀规整,互锁状生长,厚度约12~14μm,为典型的ZSM-35型沸石膜;H2和N2在膜内外压差为60~160 kPa范围内(25℃时),渗透速率分别为6.37×10-6~7.16×10-6 mol/(m2·s·Pa)和1.45×10-6~1.94×10-6 mol/(m2·s·Pa),同时具有较高的H2/N2选择因数,最大值达到4.48,超过努森扩散最大分离因数.
【Abstract】 In the system of pyrrodine as templates,ZSM - 35 type zeolite membrane was hydrothermally synthesized in situ for the first time on the outer surface of a porousα- Al2O3 support tube with a length of 250 mm and a pore size of 35μm;by XRD and SEM,characterization of the synthesized membrane shows that the synthesized membrane is a typical ZSM - 35 zeolite membrane,with no visible defects on its membrane surface, on which the zeolite crystals grow interlockedly and compactly,and that the outer surface of the support tube is completely covered with ZSM - 35 crystal layers with a thickness of about 12~14μm;and at 25℃,H2 and N2 single component permeance tests of the membrane permeance reach 10 5 magnitude with the highest H2/N2 selective factor 4.48 above the ideal Knudsen diffusion.
