絮凝-膜法处理甲壳素生产废水的试验研究

【摘要】 采用絮凝-膜法处理COD为35 000 mg/L左右的甲壳素生产废水,实验考察了pH值、絮凝剂种类及用量、助凝剂对此废水的絮凝处理效果.结果表明:当废水的pH为5~9,聚铁和聚铝絮凝剂的浓度分别为150 mg/L,聚丙烯酰胺助凝剂的浓度为20 mg/L时,经絮凝处理后,甲壳素生产废水的COD降至22 000 mg/L左右.上清液再经截留分子量为10 000的中空聚砜膜超滤和纳滤膜处理后,废水COD分别约降至11 000 mg/L和1 500 mg/L.
【Abstract】 Chitin production wastewater was treated by a coagulation - membrane process.Factors that influence the treatment efficiency such as the kind of flocculants,the pH value and the dose of flocculants were studied. The results show that when the concentration of the coagulation PFS is 150 mg/L and PAC 150 mg/L,the PAM is 20 mg/L,theρ(CODCr) of effuenlt water can be reduced from 35 000 mg/L to 22 000 mg/L.After treated by UF and NF,theρ(CODCr) of clarified sewage can be reduced to 11 000 mg/L and 1 500 mg/L respectively.
