膜设备水处理工程取水方式的探讨

【摘要】 膜设备的水处理工程,其预处理至关重要,但原水的取水问题常常不被重视.对膜设备的苦咸水和海水取水方式进行了论述.其中,地表苦咸水采用管道或明渠,应注意其取水的深度、取水口构造、水温以及污染物含量等;地下苦咸水只能采用打井方式,而且要考虑深井泵的运行和管路防腐等;海水的取水分为直接取水和间接取水,对其进行了详细分类,并对每一类取水方式给出了适用条件和注意事项,最后列举了4个国内外典型的膜工程取水实例;其中的许多经验教训值得借鉴.
【Abstract】 While the pretreatment is extremely important for membrane equipment of water treatment projects, the in - taking of raw water is often be ignored.The intake modes of brackish water and seawater for membrane equipment are discussed in this paper.For surface brackish water,piping or channel is usually used as intake structure.Special attention should be paid to the depth and structure of intake ports,the water temperature, and pollutant amount in water.For under ground brackish water,well is the only possible intake structure,the operation of deep well pumps,anti - corrosion of piping,and other problems should be taken into consideration. For seawater,the intake structures can be sorted as direct and indirect intake modes,and discussed in detail in this paper.The applicable conditions and precautions are proposed for every intake mode.Four typical practical examples from domestic and abroad membrane project intake structures are given at the end of this paper.The experiences in this paper can be used for reference.
