混合增压排气机理研究及结构设计

【摘要】 为了解决航行体的水下排气问题,提出了一种动力与结构混合增压的水下排气方案,并进行了机理研究与结构设计。应用流体力学理论,分析了动力与结构混合增压排气机理,分别获得了动力增压量与空压机排气量,结构增压量与叉管结构参数之间的相互关系,论证了方案的可行性。利用仿真分析的方法,以提高叉管增压性能为目标,基于拉丁方方法完成了叉管结构的优化设计;以减小排气管道压降损失为目标,应用回归分析方法完成了管道结构尺寸的优选。研究结论表明该文提出了一种混合增压水下排气方式及其设计理论。

【Abstract】 Aiming at solving the exhaust problem of underwater vehicle, a new underwater exhaust scheme is presented with structure and power supercharger, in which the exhaust mechanism study and structure design are carried out. Based on the fluid theory, the exhaust mechanism of hybrid supercharger is analyzed. Both the relationship between pressure increments caused by air compressor and its gas displacement, and the relationship between pressure increments caused by fork pipe and its structure parameters are obtained. Therefore the scheme is proved feasible. In order to improve the supercharged performance of fork pipe, based on Latin Square method, the optimization design of fork structure is completed by simulation analysis. In order to decrease the pressure loss of exhaust pipe, the optimal structure size of pipe structure is got by the same way. The research result predicts that a new underwater exhaust scheme and its design theory are presented.
