多楔带传动中张紧器参数优化算法研究

【摘要】 自动张紧器直接影响发动机前端附件皮带传动系统的功能与性能。本文针对张紧器的设计开展优化算法研究。首先介绍了轮系振动模型及其特征方程,并以系统基频最大为目标建立了优化模型,然后以坐标轮换法为基础给出了两种改进算法。通过对某实际轮系张紧装置的优化,分析了各算法对设计变量初值的敏感性,阐述了改进方法的效果与效率。

【Abstract】 Tensioner directly affects the function and performance of the engine front end accessory belt drive. This paper tries to address some optimal algorithms for tensioner design. System modeling and eigen-equations were introduced briefly for the belt drive, and an optimization model was then established for the maximum value of the first frequency.Two improved algorithms were described based on the coordinate alternating method. The three algorithms were implemented to optimize the tensioner of an actual front end accessory belt drive. Discussions were made with sensitivity of the optimal solution obtained by each algorithm to initial values of the design variables, which clearly demonstrate the effect and efficiency of the two improved algorithms.
