矿渣微粉对水泥早期强度影响的试验研究

【摘要】 为了研究矿渣微粉对水泥早期强度的影响,本文对3种水胶比(0.3、0.4、0.5)条件下、3种掺量(30%、40%、50%)矿渣微粉对普通水泥浆早期强度的影响开展了试验研究。实验结果表明:矿渣微粉将导致水泥浆早期强度降低,龄期越短水泥浆强度减小越显著;随着龄期的增长,水泥浆强度逐渐增加;在相同矿渣微粉掺量、养护龄期情况下,水胶比越小,强度越大;当矿渣微粉掺量为50%时,水胶比为0.5的水泥浆3天抗折、抗压强度分别降低47.98%和55.15%,;水胶比为0.4的水泥浆14天抗折、抗压强度减小0.28%、1.4%。
【Abstract】 To study the effect of ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBFS) on the strength of cement slurry at early age,an experimental investigation was carried out on the strength of ordinary cement slurry added with GGBFS at early age.3 additive contents(30%,40%,and 50%) of GGBFS,3 kinds of w/b ratios(0.3,0.4,and 0.5) were taken into consideration in this study respectively.The effects of amount of GGBFS and w/b ratio on the strength of cement modified with GGBFS were analyzed.It is shown that the strength of cement slurry increase with the curing age gradually.For the cement slurry with the same amount of GGBFS at the same curing age,the higher the w/b ratio is,the stronger the cement slurry will be.Comparing with the ordinary cement slurry,the flexural strength and compressive strength of the cement slurry added with 50% of GGBFS under the w/b ratio of 0.5 will reduce about 47.98% and 55.15% at the age of 3 days.The flexural strength and compressive strength of cement slurry will decrease about 0.28% and 1.4% at 14 days and,when the water binder ratio is 0.4.
