再生混凝土基本力学性能试验研究

【摘要】 通过再生混凝土材料基本力学性能试验,研究了三种强度等级(C20、C30、C40)的再生混凝土,分别在不同再生粗骨料取代率(30%,50%和100%)下的抗压强度与弹性模量。结果表明再生粗骨料取代率为30%时,同一强度等级再生混凝土的立方体抗压强度和棱柱体抗压强度最大;再生混凝土的应力-应变全曲线的总体形状与普通混凝土相似,而弹性模量则均低于普通混凝土,且随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加而降幅加大;提出了再生混凝土弹性模量与立方体抗压强度的关系式。
【Abstract】 The compressive strength and elastic modulus of recycled concrete were studied respectively with a series of mechanical experiments.The recycled concrete specimens contain C20,C30 and C40 these three kinds of compressive strength levels by different recycled coarse aggregate contents(30%,50%& 100%).The results show that under the same strength level,the cubic compressive strength and prismatic compressive strength are the highest by the substitution of 30%.The test results show that the stress-strain curves of recycled aggregate concrete are similar to the conventional concrete,but the elastic modulus of recycled concrete is lower than natural concrete and with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate contents,it reduces.In addition,put forward a new equation on the relationship between elastic modulus and compressive strength of the recycled concrete.
