钢筋混凝土框架结构抗震性能水平划分标准
Division Standard Used to Determine Seismic Performance Level of Reinforced Concrete Frame Structure

【摘要】 针对基于性能的结构抗震设计特点,在传统的以层间位移角作为性能水平划分标准的基础上,提出了由层间位移角与塑性铰发展机制相结合的综合划分标准:即以层间位移角反映结构宏观变形量,以塑性铰发展程度、数量及位置等参数反映结构各构件的裂缝和变形等微观变形量。因此,在《建筑工程抗震性态设计通则》(试用CECS 160:2004)对框架结构抗震性能水平划分的基础上,以宏观变形量来实现对典型的性能水平(即充分运行和接近倒塌)的总体量化控制,以塑性铰的发展机制来实现对处于典型性能水平间的中间水平(即运行、基本运行和生命安全)的量化控制。6层钢筋混凝土框架的Pushover分析结果表明,该划分标准不仅能充分反映各性能水平下结构的宏观和微观变形量,而且使得处于中间水平的结构抗震评估和设计的可操作性大大增强。
【Abstract】 Based on characteristic of structural performance-based seismic design and conventional seismic performance level division standard,the composite division standard consisting of story drift angle and plastic hinge development mechanism,that is using story drift angle to reflect structural macroscopic deformation and plastic hinge development mechanism to reflect structural component microscopic deformation,is presented.Therefore,according to division of seismic performance level of reinforced concrete frame in Chinese Code CECS 160:2004,Full Operational level and Collapse Prevention level,defined as typical seismic performance level,can be determined by story drift angle. Basic Operational level,Life Safety level and Collapse Prevention level,defined as middle seismic performance level,can be determined by plastic hinge development mechanism.Push-over analysis results of six floors reinforced concrete frame have shown that composite division standard could fully reflect structural macroscopic and microscopic deformations of each seismic performance-based level, and make the operability of structural seismic performance-based evaluation and design greatly enhance.
