考虑时空效应的软土冻结围护信息化设计施工
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF FROZEN FOUNDATION PIT IN SOFT SOIL BASED ON CONSIDERATION OF TIME-SPACE EFFECT

【摘要】 软土冻结围护工程是人工制冷将天然含水软土层冷冻变为固态冻土,形成冻结帷幕,具有良好的止水封水性能且强度和刚度较原土层有很大的提高,是岩土工程围护新技术。在软土地区大型锚碇深基础工程中采用冻结围护是一种新的探索,但冻结作用使深基坑的受力过程变得更为复杂,冻胀对围护结构影响重大。基于软土蠕变特性的非线性模拟分析更符合实际效果,结合考虑时空效应的冻结围护信息化设计施工和监测监控结果表明,冻结围护是深基坑工程的一种可行的工法技术,润扬大桥南锚碇冻结围护深基坑的成功实践也为今后类似工程的建设积累了宝贵经验。
【Abstract】 As a new technique in foundation pit engineering,frozen exterior-protected construction depended on the artificial refrigeration and freezing up soil with water to be support protection and waterproof curtain.The frozen curtains have some super performances such as excellent waterproof,higher rigidity and strength,but the behavior characteristics of frozen deformation of soft soil need to be further analyzed due to its significant frozen heaven effect and complex mechanics status.From the whole process of study including three-dimensional numerical simulation,design and construction and in-situ test based on information technology while considering time-space effect,this paper presents that frozen foundation pit construction is an advanced and feasible technique. Research and practice achievements may provide valuable experience in the future similar projects.
